FPG Policies

First - we are so happy you are considering working with us. As we move forward together for your event we want to set clear boundaries as to what to expect.

  1. We dont haggle our prices- we understand that different parties require different budgets and we are willing to discuss and negotiate those options but our prices for our work and quality is firm.

  2. On- Site visits will be invoiced as a consulting fee of $75

  3. We require a 50 % non- refundable deposit prior to booking to confirm your date.

  4. rental items will need a rental agreement signed at time of booking.

  5. We request a 14 day notice for events if requesting less than 14 days subject to a rush fee of 10% added to your quote

  6. If rental items are damaged further than usual wear and tear a replacement charge request will be sent.

  7. weekend booking minimum of $600
